To process your claim, please send us the following:

2. Photo of the Damage
- A Clear close-up shots showing the damage to the product.
Photo of the Entire Product

3. A full photo of the entire print for context.

4. Photo of the Package Label

5. A photo of the label with all text and barcodes clearly visible.

6. Photo of the Inside Packaging (Bubblewrap, Cardboard-corners etc.)

7. Photo of the Outside of the Package
